客户异议分为3类:真异议、假异议、隐藏的异议。真异议是指顾客明确表示目前没有需求,或对产品不满意或存有偏见。例如,从朋友处得知产品容易出故障。面对真异议,销售人员必须视情况予以立刻处理或延后处理。假异议指顾客用借口、敷衍的方式来应付销售人员,目的是不想与销售人员交谈,不想真心介入销售活动之中。
