1、俯身向下时呼气,向上时吐气。这是适合大多数人的呼吸方法。个人体质不同,每天200个算是正常的可以分组(5到8组),重要的还是循循渐进,做俯卧撑时的呼吸节奏,要根据你的“起伏”(手臂的屈伸动作使身体上下起伏)频率来确定。
