粥虽然很清淡,但是最适合养胃。秋季阳气减弱,人的中气也相应会减弱,肠胃的消化吸收能力下降,因此,石显方主任建议秋季要顺应“春夏养阳,秋冬养阴”的原则。

材料:麦冬20克,大米60克,冰糖15克。做法:1、将麦冬润透,去内梗,以防卡咽喉;大米淘洗干净;冰糖打碎成屑。2、将麦冬、大米、同放炖锅内,加水600毫升,置武火上烧沸,再用文火炖煮35分钟,加入冰糖屑即成。3、麦冬可用天冬或百合代替,同样具有润肺止咳的作用。
