动作:俯卧撑位开始,降低身体使胸部几乎触地。爆发性发力使上身尽可能高的离地,空中击掌,然后返回俯卧撑位。完成组次动作不是关键,关键在于要使身体腾空尽可能高;

作用:训练胸肌和肱三头肌的协同爆发力;

训练频度:每次8组,每组5次,组间休息45秒。
