1、用料:甜杏3斤、白糖100g、冰糖200g。

2、首先需要把杏子洗净,一剖两半,取出杏核。杏肉切条,用白糖腌一小时左右,出水后上锅熬。要小火慢熬,不断搅动,不要糊锅。中间加上冰糖。

3、熬至粘稠状,杏肉都溶在一起了,停火,放凉后装瓶。好吃的手工杏酱就做好了。
