花鲢烹饪方法

1、刮鱼鳞,清内脏和鱼腮。

2、准备葱、香菜段、干红辣椒。

3、把鱼切成鱼段,并且在鱼身上割二刀,(炖鱼的时候好入味)。

4、锅内放油,煎鱼!双面煎成金黄色。

5、加入清水,没过鱼身即可,然后加入半瓶啤酒,葱段,干红辣椒,姜,小火炖半个小时左右。

6、最后大火收汁,出锅装盆,撒上香菜段。
