1、栗子含有多种维生素及丰富的矿物质,蛋白质是栗子的重要营养成分,栗子中脂肪含量不高,碳水化合物含量较高,能供给人体较多的热能,并能帮助脂肪代谢,具有益气健脾,厚补胃肠的作用。

2、栗子饭后大量吃,易摄入过多的热量,不利于保持体重,这是因为栗子含淀粉较多。剥栗子时会发现,栗子皮黏黏的,吃完后手指也是黑糊糊的,这是因为炒栗子的糖大多附着在栗子皮上,锅里的圆砂和糖在高温下发生反应,形成黑色的焦糖,而焦糖中可能含有对健康有害的成分。

3、栗子热量高,吃太多可能会出现腹胀的情况。如果吃凉的栗子,凉栗子中的淀粉会有部分生,穿小肠而过,成为大肠细菌的食物,产气造成腹胀。
