橄榄油蔬菜沙拉和口服最有营养。

橄榄油蔬菜沙拉原料:生菜1个,黄瓜1根,番茄1个,红黄甜椒各1个,姜末,橄榄油,醋,香油,胡椒粉各适量。

做法:

1、将生菜洗净,撕成片,黄瓜去皮、切片,番茄洗净,切片,红、黄甜椒分别去蒂和籽,洗净切条;

2、将以上材料均放入盘中,另取一碗加姜末,橄榄油,醋,香油,胡椒粉拌匀,淋在蔬菜上即可。
