一般下蹲时要慢,站起时可以快一些。

原因以及注意事项:

1、下蹲时肌肉主要是离心收缩,这时候要慢,要控制,这样离心训练效果好;

2、站起时肌肉主要是向心收缩,这时候快一些训练效果更好;

3、要循序渐进,逐渐增加次数、频率、训练量等;

4、快点练爆发力和速度,慢点练耐力和力量,这些都是相对的,没有绝对界限,还要看负重多少。
