蔓越莓饼干蛋液是全蛋液还是蛋黄

蛋黄。一般面包都是刷全蛋液,点心饼干类刷蛋黄。

蔓越莓饼干原料:低筋粉230g、蛋黄液30g 、黄油140g、糖粉90g 、蔓越莓干50g。

做法:

1、黄油隔水软化,加入糖粉、鸡蛋液,混合打发,加入蔓越莓干;

2、混合搅拌将低筋粉筛入其中,并用手混合,放入模具塑形。然后放进冰箱冷冻1至2个小时,将变硬的蔓越莓切成片状;’

3、烤盘上垫油纸,再整齐地放在烤盘上(留有空隙)。烤箱先预热,放在中层,然后上下管160度,大概15分钟左右即可出炉。
