2、向内发力,心里想要狠狠踩进墙壁,而不是把自己踢开墙(影响滑动摩擦力的因素就有压力,垂直于作用物体表面);

3、腿部爆发力加上动作协调,注意身体的姿态尽量挺髋上提;

4、双力臂,先是腰腹发力,再蹬壁上去,这个动作最好去单杠上练习一下。
