1、主料:豆腐(北)500克。调料:白砂糖3克,盐5克,味精2克,姜15克,香叶5克,桂皮5克,丁香2克,大葱15克,植物油75克。

2、将豆腐切成长方形块,下入烧热的油锅中;

3、豆腐炸至呈金黄色发干时捞出;

4、汤锅上火,把南姜、香叶、桂皮、丁香用小块布包好,放入汤中;

5、加糖、盐、味精,烧半小时左右;再放入炸好的豆腐炖半小时;

6、起锅前撒上葱花。
