1、身体躺平后,将双脚屈膝并微微张开,脚底贴平地面,双手张开在胸前交叉(最好左手掌碰到右肩颊骨,右手掌碰到左肩颊骨),利用腹部的力量,让自己坐起来,直到手肘碰到膝盖才算完成一次动作。

2、如果有人能按住你的脚踝固定你,会更好。利用腹部的力量才不会伤害脊椎骨和脖子,也可以利用幅度的大小(碰到膝盖算幅度大),来锻赞腹肌,缩减小腹。
