1、安排胸大肌训练时,先把阔胸类的训练动作放在最前,做两种以上的阔胸动作,例如蝶机夹胸、十字绳索拉力器夹胸、仰卧飞鸟。扩胸动作能在很大程度上使人的胸往宽度上发展;

2、做完扩胸类动作,再安排卧推;

3、卧推尽量选用哑铃来完成训练,因为哑铃卧推下放的程度更大,可以增加训练时胸大肌肌纤维的运动幅度,对于拉长胸大肌纤维的长度十分有益;

4、如果选择杠铃平卧推举,应该采用宽握。如果太宽,人一般在开始会不太习惯,但很快就能适应。握距越宽,对胸肌外侧缘的刺激越强,能使胸肌充分打开和拉伸。
