核桃酥的制作方法

1、将过筛后的粉类,再过筛到盆里,筑个粉墙出来(把中间让出个空地儿),中央空白处倒入糖,蛋液,黄油;

2、用筷子将糖,蛋液和黄油充分搅拌均匀;

3、然后再将周围的面粉逐渐和入,用手抓揉成面团;

4、倒入烤熟掰碎的核桃仁,再拌和均匀;

5、将面团分成9等分(每个约30克重),揪一块揉圆后稍拍扁,放入铺垫好的烤盘上;

6、逐一做完所有面团;

7、烤箱180度预热好,中层烤约15分钟后,中间刷一次蛋液;

8、取出,彻底放凉后,放入密封盒保存。
