1、干紫菜需要用冷水泡。吃紫菜时需要将紫菜泡上十五分钟左右,让紫菜充分泡开,因为紫菜里含有很多沙。

2、紫菜煮大约五分钟左右即可食用,煮制时间过长不会有毒素产生,但是会影响口感。若凉水浸泡后的紫菜呈蓝紫色,说明该紫菜在干燥、包装前已被有毒物污染,这种紫菜对人体有害,不能食用。
