1、好处:竹笋是一类低热量、低脂肪、低碳水化合物的食物。100克竹笋仅仅产生23千卡的热量,仅仅含0.2克的脂肪和3.6克的碳水化合物。竹笋还富含纤维素,能够降低胃粘膜对脂肪的吸收,同时能够促进胃肠蠕动。故竹笋适合肥胖、高脂血症人群食用,又有预防便秘、消除积食、预防消化道肿瘤的作用。

2、坏处:但竹笋中富含较多的草酸,会影响人体对钙的吸收,不适宜儿童及结石患者食用。此外,竹笋中钾含量很高,有慢性肾脏病的患者慎重选择。
