喝水减肥法每天至少应该喝两千毫升左右的水才能够起到减肥的作用,尤其是早上起来的时候喝水是最有好处的,因为在夜晚的时候身体会流失大量的水分,早上起来以后喝水能够促进肠胃的蠕动,饭前喝水也是很有好处的,因为这个方法可以让人的胃口变小,吃的少了就自然会变瘦了,但是要注意最好是不要在饭后喝水,这样是达不到减肥的目的的。
