1、战位体前屈:两腿并立,以膝挺直,上体前屈,两手掌碰地,上体与腿尽可能接近,还原姿态后持续再做(也可两手扶拖拉机小腿肚后侧来做)。

2、横叉:双手在体前扶地,两腿左右分改成直线,上体侧卧或侧倾。

3、正踢腿:站立,双臂平举,左腿往前迈开一一歩,左腿绷脚面挺直,起腿要轻,极速强有力地往上抬腿,高宽比要高,落腿要稳。两腿更替训练(有难度系数的训练—翻空飞脚)。

4、原地跳志体前屈:两腿公司分立,两膝弯折,双臂后摆,成跪姿式,往上纵跳,另外两腿分腿向体前前踢,上体前屈,双臂前伸触脚(此姿势类似“两头起”)。
