隔肌呼吸的训练方法

1、取立位、坐位或平卧位均可,初期练习可采取仰卧位,全身肌肉放松,两膝半屈,使腹肌放松。左手平放于上胸部,右手平放于腹部;

2、用鼻缓慢吸气时,膈肌最大程度下移,使腹部隆起,右手随腹部隆起而向上抬起;

3、呼气时则相反,腹肌收缩,缓慢呼气,增加呼气潮气量。

4、如此做深而慢的呼吸动作,有助于增加肺的通气量。
