1、把胡萝卜和土豆切成丝,土豆切丝后定要洗洗,把淀粉去掉才不会粘锅。白菜切细条。米饭盛好一两,不用太多。

2、锅内添入油适量,先炒土豆丝,依次放入白菜,胡萝卜。

3、放入胡萝卜时将适量的盐和鸡精一次放入,翻炒。最后米饭放入。再翻炒几下,米粒散开来就可以出锅了。
