鲮鱼骨如何煮汤才不会腥味

材料:鲮鱼、葛根、薏米、赤小豆、食盐、姜、调和油、蜜枣。

制作步骤:

1、将薏米、赤小豆、蜜枣等清洗干净待用,备姜片两块;

2、葛根洗净外皮并切成片状;

3、将鲮鱼处理好后切成两段;

4、热油锅,把姜片和鲮鱼一起下锅煎香两面;

5、电饭煲中预先加入三分之一的开水,将薏米、赤小豆、蜜枣放入煮5分钟;

6、鲮鱼煎好后加入余下的开水,大火煮开后下葛根片一起煮开约4分钟,当汤煮至奶白色后倒入电饭煲中;

7、转用煲汤模式再煲约2小时后加入食盐调味即可食用。
