原地滑步技巧分解

1、原地滑步预备姿势:两脚并立,两臂自然下垂。动作过程:左脚提踵,身体重心落在左前脚趾上(这时如果把又脚随意提起都不会摔倒),接着在左脚从脚趾压向脚跟的同时,右脚伸直向后滑行一足之距,当右脚尖离地后,右脚屈腿向前移行至原位;右脚提踵,同左脚提踵时的步法,完成右脚为支撑脚、左脚向后滑行的动作。把以上左右脚动作连起来,就可以完成两脚交替进行原地滑步动作了。

2、练习提示:原地滑步的结合单臂,双臂向前波浪和上下波浪等进行练习。平时应该加强徒步或负重提踵训练,以提高掴踝关节及脚趾的力量。
