酒酿的话看温度,一般二到三天,如果是彻底发酵的的糯米酒 一般需要八九天后可以过滤,然后密封做二次发酵;

具体做法是:

发酵三天后会有很浓的甜味,然后再加水,按照一斤米加一斤水的原则;然后密封发酵直到不再冒泡,一般需要十天左右;过滤酒糟,把酒液密封做二次发酵;冬天最冷的时候把上面干净的酒抽出来这种酒一般就是十八度以下,颜色是黄色的。
