必须保持正确的身型、身法,不前俯后仰,左右歪斜,上体要中正、安舒、沉稳,只有下肢运动;迈步时须缓缓将重心移向一侧,其胯根内收,使腹部充实重心坐稳,然后缓缓提起另一侧腿,慢慢迈出足尖由下垂变为上翘,足跟落地要轻点,然后过渡到足掌足尖,身体有意识向下沉劲,重心稍压前腿,随后再重心后移做下面的动作。动作要点是速度不能有快有慢,无论下落和上翘,必须要有阻力感,不可随意,这样才能做到运动如抽丝,才符合如履薄冰的要求;后腿向前上步时,必须把重心全移到左腿,并向下沉实后,才能缓缓提后腿。要防止重心还未移到位,后腿就蹬地
