甜豆腐脑制作方法

1、食材:干黄豆100克;纯净水1000毫升;内酯3克;白糖三勺。

2、干黄豆用清水泡一夜。

3、泡好的黄豆和纯净水一起进豆浆机打成豆浆,如果豆浆机不带过滤功能的话,自己滤掉豆渣。

4、豆浆凉到70度左右,内酯加热水化开,放入豆浆。搅匀,静置30分钟。

5、豆腐脑用扁平的勺子小心的盛出。

6、撒上白糖即可。
