杠铃深蹲练股四头肌部位,双脚比肩稍宽站立,脚尖与膝盖同方向,全程保持腰背挺直,双臂握住杠铃放于颈后,缓慢下蹲,从侧面看膝盖不要过分超过脚尖,蹲至大腿与地面平行。

注意:起身时脚趾抓地挺髋蹲起,重心始终位于脚底中部,腰腹背始终收紧。当大重量时,吸气憋住,下蹲站起后调整呼吸。
