每天下午练比较好,3000米长跑练耐力,400米短跑练速度。跑完压腿各100下,然后正踢腿各20下。侧踢20、里合外摆各20、弹腿20、单拍脚20、正蹬20、侧踹20。然后再练扫堂腿,旋风脚。这些是基本功。做完基本功练习各种步法,基本就是弓马歇扑虚五种步法,然后就打拳,从五步拳打起,到初级长拳第一,第二,第三路。最后进行功力练习,扎马步5分钟 ,俯卧撑50个,仰卧起坐50个。
