爆浆榴莲饼做法

1、把全部食材混合,开始揉面。

2、我喜欢稍微湿一点的面团,烤起来底比较松软。揉到面团光滑撕开有弹性即可。

3、用40度左右温水隔水醒发,温度湿度都有,醒的会比较好

4、醒40分钟左右发至两倍大,拉开有蜂窝状

5、榴莲取出果肉碾碎,如果放冰箱的要解冻去掉水,加点炼奶

6、取100克面团用擀面杖擀成圆形,一层芝士一层榴莲肉,像包包子一样包好

7、表面刷上蛋液,撒芝麻,预热烤箱210度

8、210度上下火烤10分钟

9、切开,开吃,满口榴莲香
