1、消除对失眠的恐惧心理。不少失眠患者晚上一上床情绪就紧张起来,忧心忡忡,生怕睡不着,结果越怕睡不着就越睡不着,长此下去,便形成条件反射,造成恶性循环。对此,心理学家指出:失眠固然有害,但对失眠的恐惧和忧虑更为有害。 2、严格生活规律和作息制度。白天要注意加强体育锻炼,无论怎样疲倦也不要睡觉,而晚上即使没睡好也要按时起床,这样坚持数日,就会逐渐好转,切不可一疲倦就打盹。

3、注意睡前生理卫生。睡前不宜多喝水或浓茶,用热水泡脚或洗个热水澡,卧室应尽量幽静和舒适,有助于更快入睡。
