1、有正反握两个动作,脸朝上平躺在宽凳上,双手与肩同宽,紧握杠铃上举,然后以肘关节为支点,慢慢的向后弯曲到头顶,然后用肱三头肌的收缩力把杠铃恢复到原位(每组12-15次)。

2身臂屈伸:起始姿势向前屈体,单手握哑铃,另一手撑开或一手扶膝后腿上,让握铃的上臂贴靠身侧,与上体平行。屈肘,让前臂自然下垂。动作过程上体和上臂保持不动,收缩三头肌,把前臂向后上方伸,直到臂部完全伸直,同时彻底收缩三头肌。静止一秒钟,再屈肘,让前臂徐徐下垂到开始位置。呼吸方法:挺伸前臂时吸气,下垂时呼气。 注意要点挺伸前臂时尽可能勿使上臂上下摆动,臂部完全挺直后,还要把手腕往上抬,使三头肌收缩更彻底。
