1、一般情况下仰卧起坐不属于有氧运动。

2、正常人一天做100~150个左右是最为合适的,能够达到减肥的效果。但为了避免腹肌拉伤或脊椎受伤,最好分组进行仰卧起坐,每组做20~50个之间,根据身体强度进行调节。

3、最适合做仰卧起坐的在饭后2小时、睡前2小时。饭后2小时做仰卧起坐能够促进肠胃消化,也不会出现特别疲惫的情况。睡前2小时做仰卧起坐能够将体内剩余的能量发泄掉,有助于提高睡眠质量。
