这个动作和坐姿划船很像,只是不需要大型器材。一条弹力带就可以达到效果。 身体成坐姿,上半身挺直,脚伸直。将弹力带绕过脚底,用手掌握住两端,把弹力带往身体的方向拉,直到手掌在腰侧的位置为止,过程中背部都要打直,不可以驼背。如此重复30-40次。
