正式运动后15-30分钟,进行运动后的放松。重复热身中的拉伸动作(运动前的热身方法),并多做身体按摩,尤其小腿。以腿部按摩为例,从脚踝向大腿根按摩,双手合成圈,圈住小腿将小腿肌肉向上提升;在膝盖窝处用力按压7下;大腿前侧中线上从膝盖一直按压至大腿根;在腹股沟处用手掌外侧稍用力按压即可。按摩时间15分钟以上,放松较为彻底。
