1、集中注意力在胸部,练的过程中时刻谨记胸部发力,其他部位尽量放松,下拉位置要低,推上去推到顶点,要顶峰收缩几秒。

2、挺胸沉肩,沉肩方向是往脚的方向。

3、下背部离开平板一手掌距离,上背部和臀部接触平板,肩胛骨微收。

4、推之前尽量吸气,注意力全部在胸部上,憋气推上去,顶峰收缩,呼气也可以放下去以后再呼气,注意是慢慢在胸肌的控制下放下去,憋气时力量是最大的。
