药膳乳鸽火锅汤底怎么做

主料:乳鸽2只。

配料:水发白木耳100克,水发陈皮10克,精盐10克,味精5克,鸡精2克,高汤750克。

步骤:

1、将乳鸽宰杀洗净,剁成块,放入沸水锅中氽水2分钟;

2、用水冲凉,装入汤碗中;

3、将水发白木耳洗净剖块,放入沸水锅中氽一下,也放入汤碗中,再放入水发陈皮;

4、锅置中火上,下高汤烧沸,加入精盐、味精、鸡精搅匀,冲入汤碗中,上笼屉用旺火蒸30分钟至熟即成。

特点:味道清鲜,有滋阴补肺疗效。
