早餐要有较高的营养价值,主要的早餐以下列举:

1、米粥:利用前一天剩下的蒸米,加入肉沫、青菜、干菜等有营养价值的作料,再加入适量的水煲煮成香米粥;

2、煎蛋:加适量的水和米,再把馒头放在蒸笼上,煎好鸡蛋,馍加煎蛋加以热腾腾的米汤,即营养又健康;

3、素饼:把干馒头加水泡碎,打个鸡蛋进去,拌匀,加入调料,下锅炒熟,即食。
