1、大腿后侧肌群的牵拉:坐于瑜伽垫上,屈起一侧腿,另一腿伸直,上半身保持腰背挺直伸手缓慢向前伸;

2、大腿前侧肌群的牵拉:大腿并拢,一手抓住小腿脚踝将小腿往大腿折叠;

3、小腿后侧肌群的牵拉:脚跟向下踩的同时,脚尖要朝向正前方;

4、大腿内侧肌群的牵拉:盘腿、脚心相抵后,在保持腰背挺直的情况下,用手肘将腿往下压;

5、腰部肌群牵拉:身体旋转的同时侧下腰。
