1、赛前30分钟适当喝水,补充液体,但需注意的是,喝高浓度的葡萄糖水比较好,尽量必要喝饮料或白开水。

2、比赛前不要吃巧克力等甜食,可以吃少量补充能量的食物,以供给身体足够的能量,避免在运动过程中能量消耗太多,以致出现头晕等不适症状。

3、了解对手,评估自身水平,做好充分的赛前准备,穿着舒适的运动服,系好鞋带。

4、赛前,做压腿、压腰、转体等运动,还要慢跑10分钟,做2-3个30米的加速跑,让身体尽快进入状态。
