烧烤鸡头制作方法:

把鸡用水焯5至10分钟;把焯好的鸡头洗干净,毛处理干净,放锅里烀20分钟左右至熟;将烀熟鸡头放凉,用手从嘴掰开;锅里放油,烧八成热放红辣椒,出香味后放辣酱,放入处理好的鸡头翻炒;最后放烧烤料炒匀,盛盘即可。
