瘦脸双下巴运动方法

1、嘴角运动牵动双下巴。将身体坐直,脸部与身体肌肉放松。双眼直视前方。两边嘴角尽力地往下牵拉,每次牵拉都感觉到下巴肌肉有缩紧的感觉。每一次牵拉动作需维持10秒钟。反复练习约15次即可。

2、瑜伽运动改善双下巴。收左腿于右臀部,右脚跨过左膝,使右脚放于左膝前方;挺直脊柱,端坐于床上。吸气,手臂侧平举,伸展脊柱。呼气,将腹、肩、头部向右侧扭转,两手合十于胸前;正常呼吸,保持眼睛注视右后侧一点。转动时,脊柱要保持挺直,注意保持平衡。
