训练方法:

1、平躺在平底上,双手放在身体两侧;

2、尽全力抬起双腿,直至臀部抬空,此时腰部和背部是全身力量的支撑点;

3、迅速摆下双腿,双腿着地位置尽量接近臀部所在位置;

4、在双脚向下摆的过程中用肩头或者手支撑,向上挺起胯腰;

5、在双脚着地时迅速收腹带动上半身挺直,即可完成。
