黑糯米红枣粥。制作过程:主料:黑糯米750g辅料:花生适量、红枣10枚、黑枣5枚、鹌鹑蛋30个、红糖转1块、当归15g。做法:1、黑糯米洗净,浸泡半小时,浸泡好的花生和洗干净的当归。花生要浸泡2小时。2、红枣、黑枣用刀拍扁,去核,去好核的红枣,红枣、黑枣洗干净备用。3、把鹌鹑蛋煲熟。大约10分钟左右,鹌鹑蛋去壳,备用,锅里放上适量的水,当归、花生先下锅。4、待水煮沸后,加进黑糯米,一个多小时过后,再把红枣、黑枣、鹌鹑蛋一起放进去,关火前把红糖转入进去,大约煲两小时左右即可食用。
