核桃汤

原料:核桃仁1杯,米12杯,糖1杯,红枣5~6个,水8杯。

核桃汤的做法:

1、将核桃仁放入热水中浸泡,剥去涩皮。米洗净后浸泡4~5小时;

2、红枣洗净取出内核待用;

3、将核桃仁、米、枣放入水果机中搅拌,同时缓慢加入3杯水,搅成稠汁,放入锅内,加入5杯水、糖,用温火煮30分钟即可,可加入几个糯米丸子。
