用两个动作进行康复训练,平板支撑和肩桥。平板支撑就是俯卧在床上用肘和小臂还有脚尖为支点把身体撑起离开床面。身体保持水平象木板一样,坚持到力竭为一组共作四组。肩桥就是仰卧床上曲膝脚踩在床上。腰用力让臀部离开到最高然后放下一组作二十次共作四组。
