开花大枣馒头做法及配方

主料:面粉500克,红糖150克;

辅料:酵母5克,食用面碱2、5克,温水250克到300克,调料植物油微量;

步骤:

1、温水中加入红糖,搅拌溶解至无颗粒状;

2、面粉加酵母拌匀,加入红糖水和成稍软面团,一次发酵至两倍大;

3、面碱加一点点水和匀,一点点揣进发酵好的面团中;

4、双掌抹上一点植物油,将揉好的面团搓成长条,醒发5到10分钟;

5、揪剂子,开水上锅蒸15到20分钟,焖4分钟,开盖装盘即可。
