发面的时候,将面放在温度在30-40摄氏度度的地方,湿度60-70%,发酵2-3个小时一般就可以发好。

酵母发面判断是否发好的方法:

1、体积判断:发好的面一般比没有发好的面个头大2-3倍

2、味道判断:发好的面有点发酸的味道,但又带一点甜甜的味道。
