花香芋泥做法窍门

1、用料:白糖50g、槟榔芋头1000g、玫瑰花3朵、桂花蜜3勺。

2、槟榔芋去皮洗净切小块上锅蒸熟。

3、用锅勺压成泥。

4、锅里下油(最好是猪油比较香)油开后下芝麻炒香转微。

5、下糖,桂花蜜,芋泥边炒边再压一遍。

6、装盆用玫瑰花装饰下。

7、上锅蒸热在吃。
