跳绳是我们生活中的常见运动,不仅能强身健体,还能增强我们身体的敏捷性;

跳绳的技巧如下:

1、摇绳主要用到的部位是我们的手腕,跳起的高度不宜太高,一般在3到5厘米之间,落地时稍有屈膝缓冲动作;

2、跳起时的双膝膝盖要保持是直的,小腿不能有明显屈膝;

3、在跳绳过程中,呼吸要保持一定的节奏,全身都要放松下来。

注意:在跳绳前最好活动全身,平时也需要一定的辅助训练,如练习踮脚尖、模拟跳绳、手臂手腕腰腹下肢的力量练习等。
