睡觉时间过长坏处如下:

1、睡懒觉会打乱人生物钟节律,正常的人体的内分泌及各种脏器的活动,有一定的昼夜规律,种生物规律调节着人本身的各种生理活动,使人在白天精力充沛,夜里睡眠安稳,如果平时生活较规律而到假期睡懒觉,会扰乱体内生物钟节律,使内分泌激素出现异常,会精神不振,情绪低落;

2、睡懒觉会影响胃肠道功能,一般早饭在7点钟左右,此时晚饭的食物已基本消化完,胃肠会因饥饿而引起收缩,爱睡懒觉的人宁愿肚子饿也不愿早起吃早饭,易发生慢性胃炎、溃疡病等,也容易发生消化不良
